Karl, an attacking midfielder with a magical left foot, could become a star of Real Madrid's midfield for years to come should the signing go through.

Karl has scored 18 goals and registered a further nine assists in just 11 appearances for Bayern Munich's U17 side in the B-Junior Bundesliga, while also scoring five times in three U17 European Championship qualifying games for Germany.
