Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher took to Twitter this weekend to express his delight following Liverpool’s impressive victory at Swansea on Saturday.The Merseyside club continued their good run of form on Saturday as they came from behind to turn a one-goal deficit into a 1-2 away victory at Swansea. Jurgen Klopp took his Liverpool team to South Wales with growing pressure on Swans boss Francesco Guidolin – who has now been sacked.That pressure was not showing in the early stages, though, as it took just eight minutes for Swansea to take the lead. A corner resulted in a mini goalmouth scramble before Leroy Fer poked home to give the Swans the lead at the Liberty Stadium.But, Roberto Firmino levelled for Liverpool when he nodded home just 10 minutes after the half-time interval. A James Milner penalty with less than ten minutes on the clock saw Liverpool scoop the victory and carry on their impressive run of form.Carragher didn’t hide his delight whatsoever on Twitter just moments after and claimed the victory was more impressive than the mauling they dished out to Hull last weekend.
It wasn’t only Carragher who took to Twitter to express his delight. Linda Henry, the wife of Liverpool owner John W. Henry, also gave her reaction to the impressive comeback.
